Inova Simple Inspiracion S.L.

Inova Simple Inspiracion S.L. is a company with 5 main functions:-

1. La Copita. This unique single serve wine in a glass concept is a French invention, has 4 worldwide patents and is available with Spanish and French wines. Launched in the UK during October 2011, La Copita is available through the Waitrose supermarket chain. La Copita is due for launch in Belgium, Sweden, Norway and Denmark during February 2012.

2. Singlz Europe Ltd. ISI is the exclusive agent for SEL in the EU, Russia, Middle East and North Africa for this uniquely intrigated 187ml PET bottle and glass concept. "Vino Solo" will be launched throughout the EU from April 2012 with Spanish wines, but is also available with other Old and New World wines. The Singlz concept was previously available with the Hardy's brand, however, this agreement lapsed in 2010, thus allowing for a EU wide approach with the "Vino Solo" trademark.

3. The Robertson Shop. This online store supplies French and Spanish wines to consumer and trade alike. The Robertson Shop currently deals with 15 French Chateau's and 10 Spanish Bodegas, all on a exclusive basis with unique or small production quality wines.

4. Classified Wines. For Private Clients and Premium establishments, the Classified Wine function supplies fine and rare wines and manages private cellars for clients primarily in Spain. Classified Wines International clients expect the highest standards of service and discretion. All fine & rare wines and vintage Champagnes are supplied ex-cellars France.

5. DSP Exclusive. DSP Exclusive manages and organises events for Russian Nationals. These events include Golf and Polo and are in direct collaboration with the Golf and Polo clubs owners and shareholders. These events are generally invitation only.
