About

Making rent change the world. That’s the heart behind EDEN. A nonprofit organization building sustainable systems to support frontline anti-trafficking efforts around the globe. Through an innovative model, EDEN uses rental income from real estate to generate long-term, recurring funding that empowers trusted organizations fighting exploitation and restoring lives.

Rather than relying solely on traditional fundraising, EDEN transforms everyday rent into an engine for impact—creating “wells” of ongoing financial support. Each property becomes a source of monthly income that flows directly to those on the frontlines: the people and programs walking alongside survivors through the long journey of healing and restoration.

This model will allow EDEN to provide more than one-time gifts. It creates a growing foundation aimed at three core pillars:

Financial Security: Building reliable, recurring income streams so frontline organizations can thrive without fear of inconsistent funding.

Structural Integrity: Spearheading and supporting behind-the-scenes strategic and operational consulting to help organizations run with strength, clarity, and sustainability.

Personal Fortitude: Investing in the emotional, spiritual, and psychological wellbeing of frontline workers—sponsoring access to counseling, care, and rest to combat burnout and fatigue.

These pillars work together to make sure that frontline workers are not only resourced but also resilient—equipped to continue their work with strength and longevity.

Through this model, EDEN supports impactful organizations like Shear Love International in Thailand and Oasis House in the U.S. Shear Love International provides vocational training, trauma-informed care. Oasis House offers safe housing, mentoring, and emotional restoration for women exiting exploitation in the Midwest. Both organizations are deeply embedded in their communities and are led by people who understand the complex needs of survivors.
