Rewrite & Rise, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to workforce development, career transition support, and digital literacy for underserved and transitioning adults. Our mission is to break barriers to high-growth careers by providing scholarship-based training, practical education, and access to employer pipelines.

Through community-based programs and the Rewrite & Rise Workforce Academy, we deliver tuition-free training in areas such as artificial intelligence literacy, Agile, Scrum, and the product delivery. Our programs are designed for adults who are unemployed, underemployed, or seeking a career change and may lack access to costly professional training.

Rewrite & Rise partners with public institutions, libraries, employers, and community organizations to provide beginner-friendly, real-world learning experiences that lead to certification readiness, job placement support, and long-term economic stability. We prioritize access, equity, and measurable outcomes, with a focus on expanding opportunities for women, minorities, veterans, and other underrepresented populations in the workforce.

By combining practical skills training with community partnerships, Rewrite & Rise helps individuals move from uncertainty to confidence and from learning to lasting career opportunity.
