Firstly, Capsule Filling Machines：Suitable for capsule sizes #000 - #5, capable of filling powder, granules, and pellets into empty capsules with the filling accuracy that can reach 97%. Depends on the capacity requirement we have different models, especially fully automatic ones ranging from NJP-200C to NJP-7800D.
We also provide Semi-automatic capsule filling machines for more cost-effective solutions. All capsule machines come with one set of complementary customized molds, ensuring no hidden costs on the spare parts.
Secondly, we also produce various Tablet Press Machines，ranging from lab-scale models to high-capacity ones for mass production.
These machines are designed to compress powder and granules into tablets of various shapes and sizes within 2-60mm.
In addition to capsule filling machines and tablet presses, we also offer counting & bottling lines that are suitable for tablets and capsules within the size of 3-40mm, consists of a bottle unscrambler, a counting machine, desiccant inserter, capping machine, induction sealer and a labeling machine.
We also have gummy counting machines that are specially designed to tackle the sticky problem.
Moreover, we also manufacture Blister Packing & Cartoning Line: From blister packaging to final product carton packing, efficient, high-precision solution integrating blister packaging and automatic cartoning.
With customized options, our blister machines are suitable for packing tablets, capsules, etc. They are compatible with Alu-PVC, Alu-Alu and Paper-PVC packaging.
If you need to package liquid products such as perfume, butter or ketchup, you can simply replace the feeder with a liquid filling system.
