Richard Kranitz is an experienced attorney and business consultant in the areas of corporate, securities and tax planning for corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies, multi-unit enterprises, and a variety of different non-profit entities. He has served as a member of the executive team of more than 60 organizations during his career in a wide number of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and service firms, computer and biotechnology firms, financial services firms, manufacturers, hotels, restaurants and resorts. Firms he has worked with have ranged in size from raw startups to publicly trading firms with over $1 billion in assets. He has also performed services for more than 15 tax-exempt organizations under Sec. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including both private foundations and public charities, including schools, museums, economic development organizations, and professional associations, and other types.

Mr. Kranitz received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School in 1969.
