Roohid Parast is a scientist at Johnson & Johnson in Springhouse, PA, working in translational medicine on inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, and psoriatic arthritis. His work involves generating and analyzing proteomic and transcriptomic datasets from human clinical samples using platforms including Meso Scale Discovery immunoassays, digital spatial profiling, and single-cell RNA sequencing. He holds a BS in Biochemistry from Temple University and previously worked as a principal investigator on bioanalytical assay studies at QPS and in GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing at GSK.
