One of the simplest, initial, and most important evaluations is your own personal health questionnaire. You can tell the doctor all about your past and current health problems. This comprehensive Health Questionnaire is given to you in person at the office or it can be printed online and mailed or faxed to the Ross Wellness Center. The doctor will contact you for a personnel, complementary consultation to go over the results to discover what is really causing your ill health. When the doctor feels your specific condition deserves further analysis he will make recommendations to you.
You will then be able to understand your condition and will feel comfortable in going forward to further discover your condition with further analysis regarding your possible biochemistry imbalance, heavy metal toxicity, past traumas that are affecting the way your whole body is functioning.
