SACREDspace is Humanity Healing International's Pilot Studio that explores the use of all methods for sound and natural healing from the INside :: OUT.  Nature has all the answers and can teach us how to live in such a way that brings joy and glorifies the divine that lives within.  You will explore your body and learn the lost art "healing" beginning with self.

Our motto here is "Healthy Bodies :: Joy Filled Lives!"  No matter what your age, shape, gender, or religion, we have something to offer you --a variety of classes, including deZengo™ Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga for Cancer / Rehabilitation, Zumba Gold & Circuit, Massage, private yoga sessions available, and regular weekend workshops.  Our Yoga-2-go program brings the class to you at home, work or other location.  (minimum class requirements apply)

The reason Zumba is so effective is truly simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join us and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy!
