We are an established award-winning British manufacturer – for over 35 years we have been designing, manufacturing and supplying mailboxes and parcel boxes from our UK factory in South Wales.

Over the years we have built a strong reputation in the market as a quality British manufacturer supplying many diverse sectors in the B2B and B2C markets in the UK and worldwide and truly believe in going the extra mile for our customers. Managing Director & CEO: Alison Orrells

We are a fully committed team, many of which have been with us for many years. The business is headed by Alison Orrells, CEO & Managing Director, who started with The Safety Letterbox Company in 1999. Alison has won many awards during her career and latterly was awarded Swansea Bay Business Woman of the Year award in 2017, many Growth and Expansion, Leadership and Innovation awards. Alison is on the Board of Swansea Bay Business Club and has supported and mentored small businesses in our area. During that time the business has been managed through one of the deepest recessions in British history, and has grown its product range, markets and international exposure to maintain security, longevity, investment and progression through a structured environment, with a trained, informed and loyal workforce who continually go the extra mile to support the Company goals and objectives.

The Company, now part of the Renz group has 2 Directors – Alison Orrells CEO & Managing Director of The Safety Letterbox Company (RENZ UK) and Armin Renz, CEO of Renz Group. Both have a strong vision for the Company and an unwavering genuine passion for the business and its staff.
The mail and parcel box teams are split between Sales & Marketing, Accounts, Production, Research & Development, Despatch and After-sales. Within these teams, driven individuals work together to produce great results – they are the backbone of our business.

We have over 150 models in our range and we supply directly to the commercial and domestic markets for multiple banks of mail and parcel boxes through to one individual box. We also offer a full bespoke facility to create a unique solution as required.

We aim to offer the ultimate service for every project requirement for any size or budget. We deliver worldwide daily and have international agents dealing with our products in many geographical locations. We handle all international enquiries from our UK office.
