Elena Sandovici, the artist and writer behind Sandovici Art, paints watercolors on paper as well as larger works in acrylic on wood and acrylic on canvas. Largely inspired by travel, but also by some other favorite themes (pet portraits are very popular!), her paintings are mostly figurative, with a few abstract pieces. She is also the author of the daily blog HaveWatercolorsWillTravel.blog and has published six novels (Dogs with Bagels, Stray Dogs and Lonely Beaches, Lost Path to Solitude, The Adventures of Miss Vulpe, Lone Wolf, and Storms of Malhado), as well as a volume of poetry in her dog's voice.
