About Siborg Systems Inc.

Established in 1994, the main objective of the company is the development and production of different kinds of scientific software. We have more than 25 years of experience in computational physics and more than 17 years in semiconductor device modeling.
In the last few years we have sold copies of the software package MicroTec to more than 17 companies and 75 universities in 25 countires, including Hitachi, General Electric, NTT, University of California at Berkely and Waseda University in Tokyo.
We have also developed SibLin: a 3D solver for Poisson/Diffusion/Heat Transfer Equation. SibLin has been liscensed to Spectrain, Northern Telecom, and Waterloo Hydrogeologic Inc.
We continue our work on ReSCu: Resident Scientific Calculator for IBM PC. This is one of the most easy-to-use and compact software of its kind.
We also develop custom designed software tools.

We released the Smart Tweezers line of handheld digital LCR-meters in the early 2000's. To date there have been 6 models plus the newest LCR-Reader, a more affordable option to Smart Tweezers.
