Stanwix Community Association is involuntary body formed to manage the shared resources of Stanwix village to the north of Carlisle.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life of all the residents of Stanwix by providing additional facilities for education, recreation and socialising.
Currently we manage the site in Church Street adjacent to St Michael's Church and opposite Stanwix school. We also oversee the open ground of the Glebe Land, which is used by the local junior football teams and the school for outdoor physical education.

In common with most voluntary groups we are always on the lookout for new blood and new sponsors to improve our community facilities.
