Step It Up was formed by a group of people who recognized that there are a lot of individuals who want to regain their physical fitness but find most boot camps too intimidating and too demanding. While Step It Up is serious about physical fitness, the focus is on your success in achieving a new level of fitness.
Step It Up programs are designed to accommodate people who are motivated to improve their physical conditioning and move them from their current level to the next level of fitness – to step it up – one step at a time.
Step It Up was developed by Harold Hilliard and a team of fitness professionals to serve individuals and friends. It focuses on exercise, nutrition, and group dynamics to motivate everyone and to achieve incredible results for fitness campers.
