develop, own and operate senior living communities in the southeastern US under the name of Sterling Estates and Azalea Estates.  We own 5 Azalea Estates assisted living communities in Louisiana; Shreveport, Monroe, New Iberia, Gonzales and Slidell and 1 Azalea Estates assisted living community in Fayetteville, Georgia. We own Sterling Estates of East Cobb and Sterling Estates of West Cobb, both of which are Senior Living Communities located in Marietta, Georgia. These communities situated in residential settings offer Independent Living cottages, garden homes and apartments as well as a main assisted living building with studio, one and two bedroom apartments for senior that need some help with activities of daily living.
