Story Time

Kali is hurt when her friends tease her about her ears, trunk, and eyes. She uses various methods to shrink her features, but to no avail. She then turns to her comic books for an answer. In “Socrates Gets Teased” she reads that this great philosopher was also teased about his appearance by his friends. His clever and humorous reply to them helps her to come up with her own reply, one that leaves her friends wishing that they looked like her!
