Led by Master Kevin Sun since 1996, Sun School of Taiji & Martial Arts provides Taiji (Tai Chi) classes, as an alternative to fitness and yoga, for working adults and retirees to help improving mind and body health, reducing stress and strengthening body's own defense system.   As an ancient Chinese internal martial art, Taiji is a meditation system and health practice.  It is one of the most effecve exercises for the health of mind and body.
