Superior Estates Winery has recently won international awards on their Cayuga White Gold, Cayuga White Platinum, Vignoles, St Vincent and Frontenac Dessert Wine. The Cayuga White Platinum will be released at the winery on July 18, 2009.
Located about three miles from the Kansas-Nebraska border, the stately limestone and wood winery features architecture influenced ty the Arts and Crafts movement. With colossal windows, cathedral ceilings, soaring beams and trellises it tells the story of how grapes are turned into wine.
The winery is the site for many celebrations. The Chancellor Hall which seats 250 features windows with a view of the vineyard. No need to go to Napa Valley with a winery of this caliber in the Midwest.
