Because Synergy HomeCare requires no contracts, just care. Our concern lies in the help that you need to get better; therefore, we never require that you sign a contract for a certain length of time. If you think you will need services for six months, and you end up only needing services for three—that’s ok! You can terminate your services at any time.
Because Synergy HomeCare works around your schedule—you do not work around ours. Whether you need only a few hours a week or 24/7 live-in care, we can do it. We will be available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year; we will be available at any location whether it is at your home, in an assisted living facility, or in a hospice care environment.
Because Synergy HomeCare will create a customized care plan just for you. Your care plan will be created based on what you say you need and nothing else. We can even create customized packages for you. For example, if your mother only needs help getting up and going in the morning, we can create a “Sunrise” package for her. Another example, if an expectant mother on bed rest needs help with her kids in the afternoon—we can create an “After School” package. Whatever it is, we can do it.
