TF Forming Systems Vertical Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) provide an Energy Efficient and Disaster Resistant Building System. Insulating panels made of expanded polystyrene EPS, extruded polystyrene XPS foam or another variation of insulated or non-insulated panel are used as a form that holds concrete. Plastic rails are used to connect the inside and outside insulating panels to hold them in place during the concrete pour. The plastic rails are utilized to attach interior and exterior finishes. Concrete is poured between the panels and the forms stay-in-place creating a wall system that is energy efficient, disaster resistant and sustainable.
