BDA operates through three Opportunity Zones. The Asset Program delivers documented overhead recovery and vendor savings through collective buying power. Advocacy puts members in direct, structured contact with mayors, city council members, state representatives, and economic development officials. The Accelerator delivers business mastery curriculum built from research, not theory.
