TIGERS is a proprietary team culture business model that is research based from group dynamic studies found in business, education and psychology disciplines. From these studies, six principles that build high levels of cooperation in groups surfaced. These principles are trust, interdependence, genuineness, empathy, risk and success.

Two double blind studies were conducted by Gonzaga University and the Washington Education Association to determine if each principle could be measured individually on teams or whether the principles clump together. It was discovered from both studies that the principles could be measured individually on teams, which means that specific team interventions could be deployed on a team by team basis. This takes team building out of the "fun day" category to measurable ROI for team improvement training and development.

TIGERS publishes articles related to business team culture. Their most recent book entitled TIGERS Among Us, Winning Business Team Cultures and Why They Thrive TIGERS is a proprietary team culture business model that is research based from group dyamic studies found in business, education and psychology group dynamic disciplines.
