TOPS (Taking Over Prep Sports) Recruiting Service which started out of the desire to raise the standards of the athletic recruiting services process for high school student athletes and colleges and universities by providing a quality recruiting service. TOPS is committed to bringing together colleges, universities and future student athletes with the vision of the athlete signing a scholarship to participate in their desired sport at the college or university of their choice.
