Tom Windfelder, is a Comprehensive Financial Planner with a unique affiliation with Allegheny Investment Ltd. of Pittsburgh Pa.   He believes in taking the time to learn the values of each client and then helps them plan for the things that really matter to them and to their family.

Before forming TBrooks Financial Services in 2000 to focus on financial planning, he was Regional Vice President for May Department Stores and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Kaufmann’s Headquarters in Pittsburgh, where he gained decades of planning experience.

He conducts frequent seminars on financial planning for corporate groups and has led numerous seminars on education planning for parent and grandparent groups. He advises many individuals in the medical, high-tech, engineering and legal professions, well as others in retailing and a variety of industries.

A long-time resident of Bradfordwoods, Tom now lives in Mars, Pa with his wife of 37 years, Carol Ann, & their 2 dogs.  His two adult sons (one in Chicago, and the other here in Pittsburgh) are pursuing careers in Procurement Consulting for Government Agencies, and Software Design for Financial Institutions (respectively).

Tom earned his BS in Economics from Grove City College, and is currently enrolled at Boston University, pursuing his CFP Designation.  He holds a Series 7, 65, and 66 licenses with the FINRA.

Securities Licenses are maintained in 14 States.

Life and Health Insurance Licenses are maintained in 4 States.
