Our venture aligns closely with the U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) top strategic goal: increasing apprenticeships from 758K to 1M by 2025, and more specifically, addressing systemic inequities within the system.
Despite $3B in government funds allocated for Youth Apprenticeships, the current workforce system yields only a 43% placement rate and favors prosperous communities, with only 2% of apprenticeships available in distressed communities.
