Team Holm Bobsled

Team Holm Racing is a name that has held a tradition of excellence for generations. Jeffrey Holm, Jeremy's father, was a professional drag racer for many years. Jeffrey later left racing and went on to form High Performance Coatings, a corporation that is well known in motorsport, industrial and aeronautical fields worldwide. The international company has contributed greatly towards Team Holm�s numerous achievements.

Jeffrey's racing influence passed down the line as he helped his two sons, Matthew and Jeremy, begin Team Holm anew. With the help of some friends Jeff had a Junior Dragster built for the family. The Briggs & Stratton based engine powered the twelve foot long dragster to speeds of over 50 miles per hour in less than 600 feet! The family has competed several times on the famous Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah during the National Salt Flats Racing Association's �World of Speed'.

Now, years later, Jeremy has created a new showing of Team Holm in the exciting sport of bobsled. Beginning when he was just 15, Jeremy has trained for 8 years under the tutelage of Olympic and National Team Coaches to travel up the ranks and compete at the top levels of this sport.

With the help of his father and High Performance Coatings, Team Holm made its first official top-level competition appearance at 'The Empire State Games' held in Lake Placid, N.Y. in 1998. Today the team looks to make world history by bringing home the gold.
