The Terraces at Skyline

Skyline at First Hill is sponsored by Presbyterian Retirement Communities Northwest (PRCN), a Seattle-based, not-for-profit organization with more than a half-century of experience and stability. Residents enjoy fine dining, regular wellness evaluations and a variety of social, cultural, spiritual and educational opportunities. In addition, the community has 24-hour security, including modern technology such as WanderGuard, an alert system that helps prevent wandering.

As a vital component of the only Life Care community in the Seattle area, The Terraces at Skyline provides residents access to a full continuum of quality, on-site health care. The Terraces at Skyline’s health care services are also available via direct admittance to those outside the community, with no entry fee required.
