If you’re worried about how to reach the next level in your business or personal life, then ask yourself these questions:

   * Do I know what my life looks like when I’m confident and living true to myself?
   * Do I know how to create the best relationships in my personal life and in business?
   * Do I know how to communicate my needs and desires authentically?
   * Do I know which tools to use to get the results I want?
   * Do I have a plan in place to reach the level of success I presently dream about?
   * Do I live every day without feeling overwhelmed, anxious or worried?

If you can’t answer these questions with an unequivocal ‘YES!’ then The Fearless Factor will boost your personal and business growth to higher levels than you ever thought possible.

With her inspirational book, author Jacqueline Wales makes her debut in the personal development arena, drawing from 30 years of experience overcoming a mindset steeped in low self-esteem and self-abusive behavior. The Fearless Factor is a testament to her powerful desire to overcome the obstacles that held her back from living her best life now. It is a roadmap to living your best life now.

“Raised by a raging alcoholic father, I knew first hand how to dive for cover when things got violent, and I grew up feeling I was completely worthless. By the time I was 15, I had raised a brother (who was severely retarded), left school, drowned myself in drugs and alcohol, and was quickly on my way to nowhere. By age 20, I had given up my first child to adoption, and at 23, I left a second one with his father because I couldn’t settle down. I spent 5 years in Alcoholics Anonymous before I realized it wasn’t about the drinking—it was about my thinking.

Thirty years later, I’ve remarried, had two lovely daughters, raised a stepdaughter, reunited with my son, written five books, trained as a singer, and performed in front of thousands of people. I’ve also earned a red belt in Tae Kwon Do and a black belt in karate, and I’m running my own company.

Do I understand fear and what it does to you? Intimately.”

There are lots of excuses as to why we do what we do.  Lots of stories we tell ourselves in order to feel better about our lack of action, or why we don’t get the results we’re looking for.

But the bottom line is simple.  You are not willing to do the hard work it takes to get the results you’re looking for.

If this is your excuse, then maybe it’s time to owned up to it and started taking actions that will lead you towards the promised land of living your best life now, instead of tomorrow!
