About |
The Ihara Team & The Complete Solution™, founded by Dan & Julie Ihara of Keller Williams Honolulu, is a family of companies providing real estate solutions. They specialize in Hawaii's higher end home market, real estate seminars and client education, and helping seniors downsizing or transitioning to senior living arrangements. They practice real estate using a team model made up of specialists, giving their clients much more than can be expected from a single agent. There are currently 15 specialists that make up The Ihara Team, 10 of whom are fully licensed agents: Listing Specialists, Buyer’s Specialists, a Chief Negotiator, an Escrow Specialist, in-house Marketing team, and support staff. They pride themselves on providing a service deemed unique based on two main things: their ability and willingness to handle and coordinate any and every detail for their clients, and the exceptionally high level of service with integrity and quality of experience received by each client.
