The Pot Field is a fresh start-up cannabis cultivation company with the goal of playing a significant role in the research and cultivation of cannabis within the southern hemisphere of Africa.
Our mission is to raise funds via the sale of BEP20 tokens which will later be exchangeable for equity based shares within The Pot Field company.
We are fully cannabis minded entrepeneurs and funds raised will be utilized to achieve the four major milestones as detailed hereafter;
MILESTONE ONE ($30 000 INVESTMENT RAISED)
Our first goal is to initiate the registration process of the Section 22A license for the cultivation of medical cannabis. The expected time frame of 3 to 6 months.
MILESTONE TWO ($600 000 INVESTMENT RAISED)
At this crucial stage of our journey, we will secure agricultural zoned land and initiate the first green house facility for the growing of medical grade cannabis. Although modest at start, plans are in place for upgrading and rapid expansion. The expected time frame of 12 to 18 months.
MILESTONE THREE ($3 000 000 INVESTMENT RAISED)
With the green house facility fully underway the next logical stage of our journey is to start the construction of a 10 000m2, triple storey indoor cannabis growing facility to expand our product range and increase our market share. The expected time frame of 24 to 36 months.
MILESTONE FOUR (BEP20 TOKENS EXCHANGE COMMENCES)
After the completion and successful launch of the indoor cannabis facility the company will undergo a valuation. Shares tokens may then be exchanged for the currency of choice or for equitable shares within The Pot Field company. The expected time frame of 42 to 60 months.
5 YEAR ESTIMATED FINANCIAL FORESCAST
We have also calculated a 5 year estimated financial forecast in regards to the South African cannabis industry, which is worth and estimated at R28 billion / $2 billion, and only in its infancy stage. The potential for sustainable business growth is achievable with the U.S. market alone, expected to reach an estimated $42 billion by 2026.
