The SlabDoctor Xtra-Long Digital Levels are the Worlds longest aluminum level. They were designed by a Contractor for use by professional Contractors in every Trade and Industry. The SlabDoctor is the only Connectible Level ever built; this is how we got our U.S. Patent. Level Manufacturers around the globe do not understand the needs of the everyday construction worker. These guys need a longer level than 4ft. or 8ft. Models currently available on the Market. Job site conditions require it; homes are bigger, buildings are taller, and so the everyday short aluminum level is out-of-date.
The SlabDoctor Digital Levels are available in six (6) sizes: 8foot, 10foot, 12foot, 15foot, 18foot and 20foot long Models. Put these Big Guys in the hands of a concrete finisher, a roofer, a tile setter, or a steel tower rigger, and he has the tool he needs. These levels are built tough, they are made from 1/8" thick aluminum alloy extrusion; they weigh about 2lbs. per lineal foot. Our levels are dual-purpose; each Model has a Digital Module and a combo set of level/plumb bubble vials installed. Each Model has two (2) hand-grips for easy lifting, and heavy duty shock absorbing end caps. And, they are powder coated, not painted. Every Part of the SlabDoctor is replaceable in the field, no need to return it to the Factory for repair. If a part is broken, we can FedEx you the replacement part and it can be installed quickly. The Digital Module, bubble vials, every Part is replaceable.
We also offer Multiple-Piece Level Sets, three (3) to choose from. Our Level Sets are all Connectible, each section is 4foot long, and connects to each other. And they are Patented. Our 3-Piece Set is 12foot long; our 4-Piece Set is 16foot long; and our 5-Piece Set is 20foot long. Each Level Set comes with a Case, and when stored in their Case, is only 55 inches long. They can be stored behind the seat inside the cab of any truck for safekeeping.
And then we have Accessories. Our Patented 4-Way Directional Adaptor allows the user to extend his level in all four (4) directions at once: East, West, North & South. You can extend The SlabDoctor around a corner, down the hall, and into another room. This is great for layout purposes. And we also offer our Patented "Extension Assembly" Feature. This is how The SlabDoctor connects to each other. A solid aluminum Adaptor is machined to fit into the open end of one section of level, then it is welded. A pair of 240 psi latches are then installed into the side of the frame, through the Adaptor. To connect two (2) individual sections, you simply slide the Adaptor into the open end of another level section, lock the latches, there is no wobble, movement, or drooping of any kind when connected. Takes about 3-4 seconds, no tools required.
The ability to "Connect" individual level sections is truly amazing. You can Order two (2) 10foot long levels with the "Extension Assembly" Feature installed at the Factory, connect them when needed, and now you have a 20foot long level. And you have the Digital Accuracy required for any jobsite condition.
