The Thinkubator is a New York City-based nonprofit organization rooted in the Bronx and committed to cultivating the minds of young people through education, employment, and civic engagement. Founded with the mission to elevate youth voice and develop future leaders, The Thinkubator provides a dynamic platform for young people—particularly from historically marginalized communities—to explore critical social, economic, and policy issues through rigorous research, experiential learning, and thought leadership.

The organization is home to The Think Tank at The Thinkubator, a nationally focused action research center co-led by Dr. Edward Summers, which produces accessible, policy-oriented research to inform equitable public policy and institutional decision-making.
