John Brittian Penland—widely known as Modern Floki on social media—is a U.S. Navy veteran, herbal tea craftsman, and content creator who personally tests every blend. With chronic back pain as part of his own health journey, John works with Brittnay to formulate teas that are trialed, monitored, and even backed by his bloodwork. His Viking-inspired storytelling and commitment to truth in herbalism have earned him a loyal following and deep trust within the natural wellness community.

Brittnay Allen, also known as The Turmeric Tart, is a certified herbalist with years of clinical and field experience.
