Benjamin Grant Mitchell published his first novel, The Last Great Day, in 2011. One critic described his ‘autobiographical’ debut as ‘a compelling tale of faith and family’ (Inpress Magazine) while others called it a ‘fascinating’ and ‘amazing’ read.

Previously to beginning his career as a full-time writer, Mitchell worked as an actor and musician, appearing in television, theatre and film and releasing the critically acclaimed indie album, The Stars Can See, in 2006. Americana UK described Mitchell as ‘a major talent’ saying “It’s his song-writing skills that put him in a league above the litany of anonymous singer-songwriters vying for attention.”

Benjamin Grant Mitchell released his second novel, Zippin Pippin, on Aug 16th 2012.
