Dr. Jodi LaMothe is an American Psychological Association (APA) published researcher. She holds an MS in General Psychology and an MS in Industrial–Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Doctorate in Education from St. Thomas University. She is an experienced Organizational Behavior Consultant with a distinguished portfolio of clients, including the U.S. Department of the Air Force at the Pentagon and the U.S. Agency for Global Media. Currently, she serves as an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University. Her research focuses on mitigating—crisis—within K-12 schools, the use of emotional intelligence as a proactive tool for crisis management, and the psychological dynamics of school shootings.
