Malapascua is well known for scuba diving with crystal clear waters and an extensive reef system.  The thing that sets Malapascua Island part from other excellent dive locations are the Thresher Sharks. Just off the island is the only known location in the world where the deep water Thresher will reliably come to shallow waters. Early each morning they rise to a cleaning station on a reef in less than 30 meters of water. Divers will be able to experience these majestic sharks as they swim around, then remain stationary as they are attended to by the cleaning fish.
