Toastmasters International

Since its founding in 1924, Toastmasters International has helped four million men and women develop their communication and leadership skills. Because a growing number of people realize the importance of communication skills for career advancement, Toastmasters International has doubled its membership in the last 10 years. The organization now has approximately 226,000 members in 11,500 clubs in 91 countries.

District 2 serves western Washington from Kent to the Canadian border. Within the District there are six Divisions made up of 33 Areas, with each Area having about six clubs.

These clubs are place to get hands-on, face-to-face suggestions for improvement - in a friendly practice environment.  At Toastmasters, you will learn to relax, plan and present a terrific speech - whether you have ten days to prepare or just ten seconds.
