Founded by Patrick Robert Kelly and Nicole Marie Kelly, TopDogTours was bred out of a necessity that other tour corporations are lacking. Both being veterans in the tourist and customer service industry, they felt that most companies are more concerned with the bottom line and not the guest experience. “There had to be a better way. We don’t want you to be just another number or dollar in our pocket.”, explained Patrick Kelly, Co-Founder, as he described their philosophy, “We want you to ask questions, interact and have an amazing time going on our city walks.
