Tori Toth is a Real Estate Strategist, home stager, REALTOR®, international speaker, and bestselling author based in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is the Founder of Tori Toth International, built around her philosophy of "Designing Home Around You," and works as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty specializing in pre-market preparation and strategic positioning for sellers navigating major life transitions, including divorce, relocation, and downsizing.

Toth's path into real estate began unconventionally. While working as a television reporter, she came across a CNN article on home staging that redirected her career entirely. In 2009, she founded her first staging company, Stylish Stagers, Inc., in New York City, marking the start of a 17-year career in the industry. She relocated from New York to Scottsdale in 2020.

Toth has been named one of the Real Estate Staging Association's (RESA®) Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging for nine consecutive years and currently serves as Secretary of the RESA Board of Directors. She is the author of the bestselling Feel at Home: Home Staging Secrets for a Quick and Easy Sell and Make It Home: The Ultimate Property Project Planner™, and co-author of Marketing for the Staging + Design Industry. She created The Stage 2 Sell Strategy™, described as the first home staging course built specifically for sellers, and founded the Visible You Incubator to mentor stagers and agents on visibility and marketing. Her YouTube channel, Home Staging TV, has surpassed 2.5 million views.

In 2026, Toth received RESA's Lori Kim Polk Lifetime Achievement Award, the organization's highest individual honor.
