About

The Trinity Market at Trinity University represents an inclusive farmers market community of students, farmers, and entrepreneurs who are dedicated to providing food and wellness education to San Antonio residents. The Trinity Market is located on Trinity University’s campus in the parking lot located between Hildebrand Avenue and Coates Library on Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

The Trinity Market features fresh, locally sourced food and promotes education and wellness initiatives. The Trinity Market is committed to economic, social and environmental sustainability. While educational in nature, the Trinity Market will also support wellness with yoga and Zumba demonstrations, bike riding, and running along with cooking classes and product demonstrations.

The Trinity Market represents a University project operated by Trinity students, staff, faculty, and administrators. The Trinity Market places strong emphasis on student involvement, serving as a teaching and learning tool for Tiger undergraduates in marketing, management, and entrepreneurship.

To continue promotion of education, the Trinity Market partners with Break Fast and Launch, the nation's first culinary business accelerator that aims to help entrepreneurs launch sustainable food concepts by providing hands-on mentoring, training, and experiential learning with a tech influenced approach.
