Troy Nelson is a professional Realtor and expert marketer with EXP Realty who works with Buyers, Seller, and Investors in the Northern Virginia. His goal is to educate his clients to the point where they feel comfortable making a decision to buy, sell, or invest.

Troy is fully committed to the consultative approach to real estate. No one likes to be high pressured into making a buying, selling, or investment decision. Troy presents the options; the client makes the educated decision.

Troy’s philosophy is to make the client the center of the universe, while surrounding them with a team of specialists to make their lives easier. The goal, working in partnership, is to;

- Ensure the hundreds of steps in the real estate process are handled
properly and,
- Best represent client interests.

Troy is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, and a former Marine.

When not assisting real estate clients, Troy enjoys participating in Tough Mudder and 5k races.
