Universal Rainbow Faith (URF) - A Sacred Home for the Spiritually Diverse

Universal Rainbow Faith is a modern, inclusive spiritual movement founded to honor and uplift LGBTQIA+ people and allies. Our church embraces the sacred truth that every gender identity, sexual orientation, body, and soul is a divine expression of the Creator.

Founded on February 2, 2025, by Reverend Paula Sadler, URF was born from a vision: to create a spiritual sanctuary for those who have been excluded, rejected, or erased by mainstream religion. In a world where transphobia, homophobia, and religious persecution still exist, URF offers a place of safety, strength, and sacred visibility.

We believe that everyone is born holy. Your truth, your name, your pronouns, your transition, your love—these are not only valid, they are sacred. URF affirms gender-affirming care, same-sex and polyamorous relationships, queer joy, and the full spectrum of spiritual experience.

A 52-week spiritual study calendar with themes, affirmations, and reflections

Membership with certificates, legal letters of religious exemption, and sacred naming ceremonies

Holy days and LGBTQIA+ affirming rituals including Trans Day of Visibility, Pride Month, Coming Out Day, and more

Education and outreach rooted in compassion, healing, and truth

Membership at URF is open to all seekers who believe in love, truth, freedom, and the divinity of the queer spirit. Members receive:

Optional name and pronoun affirmation certificates

Access to legal protections and letters of accommodation

Inclusion in ceremonies, study programs, and rites of passage
