The z-Brett™ assay protocol is a Simple, Visually-read, Antibody-Detection system:
Filtration (optional)
1. Filter 100 - 1000 mL wine through 0.45 μ filter
2. Wash Brett from filter with 0.5 -1 mL buffer Assay
3. Pipette 5 μL of sample of each sample onto the chip (in duplicate)
4. Dry chip for 30 minutes – warmed (or overnight at room temperature)
a. Add Zeta-BlockerTM – let stand, mix
b. Add 5 drops of Primary Antibody – let stand, mix
c. Drain dish and add Wash Solution
d. Add 5 drops of 2nd Antibody – let stand, mix
e. Add Zeta-DeveloperTM – let stand, mix
3. Rinse, dry & observe
This Z-BrettTM assay protocol requires no clean room, sterile technique or special equipment.
The Z-Brett Assay ™ kit comes complete:

° All reagents
