UpSlide was founded in 2009 by Antoine Vettes and Philippe Chazalon, who with their previous experience at the Big Four Accounting Firms, found that Excel, Word & PowerPoint users generally spend more time on formatting or copy-pasting than on pure analysis. After two years of R&D UpSlide released the first version in 2011. Two years later, after having convinced more than half of the French CAC40 companies to use UpSlide, an office was opened in London and New York.
