Launched in 2003, The PPA Group had a vision to help investors build wealth through private market real estate. With the knowledge, that property returns are directly correlated to the quality of the asset and property management, The PPA Group went on to form their own property management, construction and utility billing companies. This vertical integration brought infrastructure and process, enabling the firm to acquire over $1 billion in real estate to date.
In 2015, The PPA Group family of companies, launched Casoro Capital, a private equity and single-family office which was formed to co-invest alongside other family offices and institutional investors. While Casoro invests in some of The PPA Group’s offerings they also are part of an exclusive network other family offices and institutional investors which invest in the most promising multifamily, senior living and student housing properties throughout the U.S. As a part of this network, Casoro Capital has unique access to deal-flow, particularly in tight real estate markets. Since launching, Casoro Capital has invested in over $170 million in real estate across the U.S.
Upside Avenue is the next chapter in the PPA Family of companies growth story. Upside Avenue is a non-traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) open to all investors regardless of their accreditation status. In partnership with Casoro Capital, the Upside Avenue REIT will co-invest in the same institutional quality deals that Casoro Capital invests in.
