ValuQ (valuq.co.uk) is a UK property technology platform that connects homeowners with local estate agents through a structured, anonymous valuation process.

The way it works is simple: a homeowner submits their property details and photos through valuq.co.uk. Multiple local estate agents receive an anonymous brief — no name, no phone number, no email, no full address — and submit their best valuation. The homeowner compares all responses side by side in a private dashboard, then chooses which agent to connect with. Only at that point is any personal information shared.

ValuQ is completely free for homeowners and buyers. Estate agents can join the platform with no upfront costs and no commitment — they only pay when they win their first instruction.

The platform is designed to make selling a home more transparent, less stressful, and fairer for everyone involved. Agents compete on the quality of their valuation and service, not their marketing budget or dialling speed.

Founded in 2025 by Evren Ergin, ValuQ is headquartered in Essex and currently active across Essex and London, with UK-wide expansion underway.
