FACIS is the number one trusted data platform and a nationally used database for screening and continuous monitoring against health care exclusions, debarments, disciplinary actions, and health care sanction screenings. FACIS includes 2,500 additional state sources covering all taxonomies in all publishing jurisdictions.

Our FACIS data platform screens for and identifies all current and historical exclusions, debarments, and disciplinary actions and separates them into match categories.

A FACIS search looks for results or potential matches from all federal data sources (OIG (OIG database verification), SAM (including SDN), FDA, DEA, TRICARE, FBI, U.S. DOJ, U.S. Treasury Dept., U.S. State Dept.) and all state-level Federal Healthcare Entitlement Program (FHEP) sources (State Medicaid Exclusions, State Contractor Disqualification/Debarment Lists, HEAT Task Force News, State Attorney General News, Federal District – Attorney General News, Medicare/Medicaid Opt-Out Lists).

Verisys Connect provides transactional searches and monthly monitoring against our database accessing more than 3,500 active primary source publishers and monitors more than 2,500 primary source publishers that publish intermittently.

VERIFICATIONS WITH 99.5% ACCURACY ON IDENTITY MATCHING TO RECORDS
Verisys will perform verifications on possible matches found during a search to determine true matches. Verisys employs a team of verification analysts who are specially trained to resolve false positives and to verify true matches with primary source data. A match category is assigned to each true match depicting the status and severity of the action. Both clear and match results will be returned. All match results will include unaltered data from the primary source. PDF links to the primary source documentation are also provided with the delivered results.
