About

Vet Unite is a national nonprofit organization passionately committed to the welfare of veterans. Established by Mike Damon, a dedicated veteran with 26 years of service in the Marines and Army National Guard, Vet Unite aims to alleviate the challenges faced by veterans transitioning to civilian life and seeking access to the services they've rightfully earned.

Our mission is built upon the pillars of Mentorship, Collaboration, and Outreach. We have developed a unique six-step process that involves Self Care, Education, Mentorship, Peer Support, service to others, and development of a new purpose to provide a holistic approach to veteran support. Our team, composed of military veterans like Chief Operations Officer Tom Dorney and community supporters like Advisory Board Head Kay Muti, works tirelessly to achieve our goals.

We also extend our advocacy efforts through various programs, initiatives, and platforms, including the Vet Unite Podcast hosted by Mike Damon, which provides an insightful and engaging exploration of veteran issues.

We are motivated by a simple yet powerful belief: together, we're stronger. As we unite to ignite hope, Vet Unite continuously strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have selflessly served our nation.
