Vince is a composer, conductor, arrange, educator, clinician, who conducts professionally in New York, Toronto, Philadelphia, Norfolk, Hong Kong and Mailnland China.

Vince has written two musicals, music for dance, and has taught at the high school, college and university levels.
He was music direcror fot the annual Thanksgiving parade in Philadelphia working with member of the Philly Pops Orchestra for WPVI-Disney for 10 years.
He was arranger and guest conductor for the USMA Jazz Knights at West Point for 10 years.
He now plays lead alto saxophone and is music director and arranger for the Norm Hathaway Big Band in NY.
