Vinx Network LLC is a national platform built for the Silver Tsunami era of American business ownership transitions. We are not an M&A advisory firm or brokerage. We are a platform that connects the people who need each other to make American small-business succession actually work.

Founded in 2026 and headquartered in the Chicago area, Vinx Network connects four sides of the market: American business owners ready to retire, aspirational entrepreneurs looking to acquire and operate, SBA-approved lenders providing financing, and the M&A advisors, attorneys, and CPAs who guide these transitions.

Our mission is to bring back the American dream — to give the next generation of Americans a real path to ownership of the businesses that built this country. More than 10,000 small business owners reach retirement age every day in the United States, and 80% of those businesses never find a buyer. The owners deserve a real exit. The next generation deserves a real shot. Vinx Network exists to make that match.
