Wild Horses Lives Matter is a Nevada-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and preserving America's iconic wild horses through education, advocacy, research, and public awareness. We believe wild horses are a living symbol of the American West and deserve to remain free on the public lands they have called home for generations.
Our mission is to educate the public about wild horse management, document roundups and herd conditions, advocate for humane, science-based solutions, and promote transparency and accountability in the management of our nation's wild horses. We work to inspire individuals and communities to become informed, engaged, and active in protecting these remarkable animals and the landscapes they inhabit.
Through outreach, photography, field documentation, public events, and educational resources, Wild Horses Lives Matter strives to ensure that future generations will continue to experience the beauty, freedom, and spirit of wild horses living where they belong—on America's public lands.
